Multi-talented

Ellie is a triple threat these days. Fashion icon, keyboardist, and horseman. We were having a lazy afternoon when we realized that she had found the hoodie from her winter jacket and was sitting on her rocking horse playing her keyboard.

Helping Daddy Grill and Ice Box Cake

We hosted our neighborhood supper club tonight and the main course was kabobs on the grill and then I also did the dessert which was icebox cake. Ellie usually is not big on trying desserts, even though she loves them once she does, but tonight she was all about the icebox cake and was begging for more. She even picked up her plate to lick it clean. She is typically a picky eater and I give Ashley a hard time that she didn't get that from me, but tonight she showed her Bowers blood and demolished her plate of icebox cake.

Aunt Kate's Dress

We broke out a classic dress for Ellie to wear to church today. It was made by my Grandmother for my sister over 25 yrs ago. Ellie even cheesed it up a little so we could get some photos.

Amos Master's Graduation UGA Coliseum

The whole family showed up in Athens to verify that Amos has in fact been going to school and not just using the excuse "getting my Masters in Education" to live in the Classic City. Apparently he has been doing some work and we are proud of his efforts and his "Dawg Degree." Welcome to the real world of working for a living.
