Elizabeth Tift Bowers entered the world at 1:16 am CST weighing in at a petite 6 lb 1 oz and measuring 18 1/4 in long. Ashley's platelets were too low for an epidural so she did it the old fashioned way. Luckily, labor was only about 1 and a half hrs and Ellie came out easily.
