It is 2 nights before we leave for our first long beach trip of the season, and I am adding pictures to this blog instead of packing. It's been a long, crazy week (mostly unrelated to the kids,) and I have zero motivation to pack. So I'll just post these few pictures from the last several days.
Next post will be a big one from our Ft. Morgan beach trip!
The girls got their summer haircuts last week. I think they turned out good! They both look so grown up with short hair, but man is it so much easier to deal with!
The kids had VBS this week at Christ Episcopal Church here in Valdosta. Our church's VBS is next week while we are at the beach, so I sent them to the Episcopal version. They LOVED it!
One night after dinner, I asked Mack what he learned that day at VBS, and this is what I got:

They all sang their songs the last day. Ellie and Emma were jamming with Ms. Millie in the back of the picture..
Ellie and Emma take all performances very seriously. It is so funny to watch them.
Mack refused to perform with everyone else, so this is what he did- cling to mama.
